A gentle, supportive group space for parents of anxious kids to regulate their own nervous systems, take the edge off, and discover the tools that change everything.
60 minutes
Live Group Circle
— The Calm Parent Circle
You watch your child struggle and you'd do anything to take their anxiety away — but nothing you try seems to be enough.
Your own nervous system is running on fumes. You're anxious too, but there's no space to deal with that right now.
You find yourself bracing before school mornings, before transitions, before anything unpredictable — because you never know what's coming.
You've tried everything. Therapists, books, breathing exercises. Some things help a little. Nothing has really changed the baseline.
You love your child fiercely, but some days you feel like you've lost yourself somewhere in the middle of managing their world.
Late at night, after the chaos quiets, you finally exhale — and wonder how long you can keep doing this.
When my son was 9, he was diagnosed with PANS — a condition that turned our world upside down almost overnight. He went from being a bright, social, happy kid to a child who wouldn't go to school, shook with fear, and paced the house until 2am. He became disgusted by food, public spaces, and germs. When he couldn't get what he needed, the anxiety took over — throwing things, raging, once trying to unbuckle his seatbelt and open the car door while I was driving.
My nervous system was a wreck. I tried everything I could find — osteopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture, antibiotics. I was drinking too much at night just to find a few minutes of relief from the intensity of it all. We were both in fight, flight, or freeze around the clock.
I eventually tried taking him to an EFT practitioner. He had a meltdown in the waiting room and we had to leave before we even got inside. So I taught myself to tap at home, where he felt safe. I started using it with him there — and something shifted. When the panic attacks came, he would tap and calm down. In real time. It worked.
But something else happened that I didn't expect: I started healing too. My own anxiety — the baseline hum of dread I'd been living with — began to lift. EFT became my anchor. And as I regulated, I could show up differently for my son. Calmer. More grounded. More present.
01
Each session includes guided EFT tapping designed to take the edge off — not as a concept, but as a felt experience. You'll leave each week lighter than you arrived.
02
You'll build a practical tapping toolkit — for your own anxiety, and for those charged moments with your child when you need something that actually works in real time.
03
There's something powerful about being in a room — even a virtual one — with parents who truly understand. No explaining yourself. No managing others' discomfort. Just being seen.
04
60 minutes. That's it. Because you have a child to get back to, and honoring that is part of the message: your healing doesn't have to be another overwhelming commitment.
05
This group is about you — not your child's diagnosis, not their school situation, not the next appointment. Your nervous system. Your regulation. You are the intervention.
06
By week six, you'll have clarity about what's shifted and what might need deeper work. Some things are too layered for a group space — and when you're ready, 1:1 support will be there.

Six weeks.
I'm an EFT practitioner and the parent of a child who once shook with fear every morning and couldn't walk into a grocery store. I didn't come to this work from a textbook. I came to it desperate, exhausted, and willing to try anything.
EFT tapping changed my son's life. But perhaps more surprisingly — and more foundationally — it changed mine first. As I regulated my own nervous system, something shifted in our home. The anxiety didn't disappear overnight, but there was more calm available. More room to breathe. More of me to give.
I created this circle because I wish it had existed when I needed it most. Not a course. Not a curriculum. A consistent, gentle, human space to exhale — surrounded by parents who get it — and slowly, week by week, come back to yourself.

You've spent so much energy trying to help your child find calm.
This is six weeks to find some of your own.
