Hi, I’m Beecher — here to help you release
emotional blocks, reconnect with yourself,
and create a life that finally feels good again.
Struggling like I did — feeling trapped, exhausted, and out of touch with yourself.
You’re carrying the weight of anxiety, doubt, and expectations that don’t feel like your own. Maybe life looks good on the outside, but inside, something’s missing — and you're not sure how to find your way back.
You reach for ways to cope — scrolling, overworking, overdrinking, numbing out — because facing the deeper stuff feels overwhelming. You tell yourself you should be happy. Should be grateful. Should be able to handle it all.
But deep down, you know you’re meant for more. You crave peace, purpose, and a life that actually feels good — not just one that looks good.
I know this because I’ve been there.
You don’t have to stay stuck, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled.
You don’t have to keep carrying everything alone.
I’m Beecher — certified EFT practitioner, transformational coach, and founder of EFT Social Club. I’m here to help you break through emotional blocks, heal old wounds, and reconnect with your true self — using the same tools that helped me save my own life.
Anxiety had been a quiet undercurrent in my life since high school. But when I lost my sister at 26, it became impossible to ignore.
In my early 30s, everything came crashing down. Two weeks after giving birth to my second child, I experienced a severe hemorrhage and nearly lost my life. The physical trauma shook me to my core — and the emotional aftermath was even harder to navigate. Anxiety that had once been manageable became overwhelming.
I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t be present with my family. Panic attacks, racing thoughts, and constant worry took over. I was physically there, but emotionally, I felt lost — trapped in survival mode. To cope, I turned to alcohol — trying to quiet the chaos in my mind. But deep down, I knew I needed something more. Something different.
The true breaking point came when my son was diagnosed with PANS, a neuroimmune condition affecting his brain and behavior. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I realized on a whole new level how important it is for caregivers to prioritize their own healing and self-care.
I knew I couldn’t keep living in survival mode — not for him, and not for me. I needed to become the calm, grounded anchor he deserved.
In my search for natural ways to support his healing, I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I had nearly given up hope for myself — but EFT changed everything.
Healing wasn’t instant — but it was real.
EFT helped me regulate my nervous system, release deep emotional trauma, and reconnect with the part of me that had felt so far away. It gave me the tools to rebuild my life — not just for survival, but for thriving.
Today, I help my clients heal from anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional patterns like alcohol dependence. I help adults and children rediscover their strength, reclaim their calm, and reconnect with their true selves.
I created EFT Social Club to give people a real space for real healing — no perfectionism, no performance, no pressure.
This is where you come to clear emotional blocks, ground your nervous system, and reconnect with who you really are — supported by science-backed tools, intuitive guidance, and someone who truly gets it.
But more than that — I created this space because I know how powerful community healing can be. We’re not meant to do this work alone. In group settings, something shifts. There’s power in being witnessed. In realizing you’re not the only one. In tapping alongside others who are showing up with the same intention: to heal, grow, and support one another through it.
EFT Social Club isn’t just about me helping you — it’s about building a space where we rise together.
