What is the EFT Grief Cicle?

Grief can feel isolating—but you don’t have to carry it alone. The EFT Grief Circle is a 4-week online program where we meet once a week in a small, intimate group.

Together, we’ll use EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to gently release emotional weight, process grief, and create space for healing in a way that feels safe and supported.

This is not about “fixing” your grief—it’s about creating a compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are.

What You'll Receive

  • 4 weekly live online group sessions (75 minutes each)

  • Guided EFT tapping practices for grief, release, and grounding

  • A safe, intimate community where you’re welcome to share—or simply listen

  • Practical tools you can continue using between sessions

Why Join?

When we lose someone we love, the world can feel like it’s been turned upside down. The grief is not only emotional—it shows up in the body, in the nervous system, in the way we move through our days.

EFT Tapping can help ease the intensity of grief, offering small moments of calm, relief, and grounding.

By joining the Grief Circle, you’ll:

  • Feel less isolated in your grief

  • Be part of a group that understands the depth of losing a loved one

  • Learn gentle practices to support your healing

  • Have a space where your grief is honored—not minimized

Secure Your Spot

Spots are intentionally limited so the circle remains supportive and personal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the sessions be recorded?

No. To protect privacy and create a safe, open space, sessions will not be recorded. This helps everyone feel comfortable sharing (or simply listening) without concern that it’s being saved.

Do I have to share my story?

Not at all. Some people find comfort in speaking, others in simply being present and tapping along. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you want to.

What if I’m grieving someone who hasn’t died?

This circle is open to anyone experiencing the grief of losing a person—whether through death, estrangement, separation, or other circumstances. Your grief is valid, and you are welcome here.

Is this therapy?

No. The EFT Grief Circle is not therapy, and I’m not a licensed therapist. It’s a supportive group experience using EFT Tapping, a science-backed stress-reduction technique, to help calm the nervous system and make space for healing. Many participants find it complements therapy beautifully.

What if I can’t make all four sessions?

That’s okay. While coming to each session gives you the full experience, you’re welcome to attend what you can. Since we don’t record sessions for privacy, you won’t be able to watch later—but even attending part of the circle can be deeply supportive.

Is EFT safe if I’ve never tried it before?

Yes. EFT Tapping is gentle and adaptable. I’ll guide you through each step so you can follow along, even if it’s your very first time.

If you feel called to this space, I would be honored to have you join us. Your grief matters, and you don’t have to walk through it alone.
