A 4-week supportive space for those grieving the loss of a loved one
Grief can feel isolating—but you don’t have to carry it alone. The EFT Grief Circle is a 4-week online program where we meet once a week in a small, intimate group.
Together, we’ll use EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to gently release emotional weight, process grief, and create space for healing in a way that feels safe and supported.
This is not about “fixing” your grief—it’s about creating a compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are.

No. To protect privacy and create a safe, open space, sessions will not be recorded. This helps everyone feel comfortable sharing (or simply listening) without concern that it’s being saved.
Not at all. Some people find comfort in speaking, others in simply being present and tapping along. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you want to.
This circle is open to anyone experiencing the grief of losing a person—whether through death, estrangement, separation, or other circumstances. Your grief is valid, and you are welcome here.
No. The EFT Grief Circle is not therapy, and I’m not a licensed therapist. It’s a supportive group experience using EFT Tapping, a science-backed stress-reduction technique, to help calm the nervous system and make space for healing. Many participants find it complements therapy beautifully.
That’s okay. While coming to each session gives you the full experience, you’re welcome to attend what you can. Since we don’t record sessions for privacy, you won’t be able to watch later—but even attending part of the circle can be deeply supportive.
Yes. EFT Tapping is gentle and adaptable. I’ll guide you through each step so you can follow along, even if it’s your very first time.
